Booking a Course

• Envico accepts firm bookings and purchases through this website. In making such bookings clients accept the ‘Terms of Service’ (Booking Policy).
• Course purchases and bookings made outside of normal working hours may not be processed due to training provider operating hours. These purchases and bookings will be processed as soon as possible at the beginning of the next working day.

PAYMENT

• Course fees are payable in full online by debit or credit card at the point of booking, alternatively by invoice to be paid later.
• Pay later / account customers are required to pay on or before the invoice due date by electronic funds transfer or by debit or credit card over the telephone.
• The opening of an account for credit or the acceptance of a purchase order number is entirely at the discretion of Envico. In the event Envico agree to provide an account for credit or accept a purchase order instead of payment online at the point of booking the online booking confirms the place(s) on the course and confirms acceptance of Envico standard booking policy and terms of service.
• In line with Government guidelines, Envico, reserve the right to charge Statutory Interest [8% plus the Bank of England base rate on Business to Business transactions], in relation to any late payments. Envico also reserve the right to claim Debt Recovery costs on late payments, in line with Government guidelines.

COURSE ENROLMENT & INSTRUCTIONS

Course enrolment and instructions will be arranged by the training provider after the online booking has been made. All instructions will be delivered electronically by the training provider to the email address provided by the client at the time of the booking.

FAILURE TO ADHERE

• If clients fail to adhere to our policy then the client will be liable to make full payment of fees due. Envico reserves the right to cancel bookings at any time without liability. In these circumstances we will offer at our discretion alternative options, a credit note or a refund of fees paid. Envico reserves the right to refuse any booking.
• Envico will not be held responsible for any financial loss incurred by a client.

COURSE CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS AND CREDITS

E-learning & Distance Learning

Training providers incur costs during the setting up of e-learning and distance learning courses. Cancellations and refunds are entirely at the discretion of the training provider. In the event a training provider agrees to cancel, refund or offer a credit Envico will facilitate this.

CERTIFICATES

• Courses which provide certification are usually downloadable via the training providers learning management software (LMS). Regulated and professional training course certificates are sent by the training provider directly to the customer in electronic format or by mail depending on how the examination body issues certificates.

E-LEARNING & DISTANCE LEARNING

Envico does not take responsibility for the following:

• Internet connectivity
• Device performance and or compatibility
• Firewall and or security settings that block access
• SPAM filter settings that prevent email communication
• Browser performance (pop-ups must be enabled)
• User IT skills

Virtual Online (Instructor-led) Booking Cancellations

• A requests to cancel a confirmed booking must be made in writing prior to the commencement date of a course.
• It is the responsibility of the client to confirm a cancellation of a confirmed booking in writing.
• In the event that Envico do not receive the notification of cancellation in writing giving the required notice, then full course fees will be charged.
• A minimum administration fee of £35.00 + VAT will be applied to all course booking cancellations.

Any course bookings confirmed by way of payment, booked on credit account or by official purchase order will be subject to the maximum following cancellation periods and charges:

Virtual Online (Instructor-led) Booking Transfers

• Delegate name change requests must be made in writing prior to the commencement date of the course.
• Name changes for virtual online courses may incur a charge, or may be subject to the Cancellation Terms of Service due to the course materials and other information being sent prior to the course start date. This will be checked and advised by our team at the time that the request is received.
• Delegates can only be transferred to courses run by the Training Provider the booking was originally confirmed with.
• Transfer requests to a course delivered by an alternative provider will be subject to full fees. Only 1 request to transfer per booking will be permitted. Additional requests will be subject to full fees.

All course bookings confirmed by way of payment, credit account or a purchase order will be subject to the maximum following transfer charges:

• Between 8 / 12 weeks of the start date: 25%
• Between 4 / 8 weeks of the start date: 50%
• Up to 4 weeks of the start date: 100%

GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION

• Envico protect your privacy & security. Envico do not sell your contact details to any third party organisations. Acting as a brokerage service, your contact details are provided to training providers, to satisfy the contractual aspects of the booking process. Please click on the link for details of our privacy policy. The responsibility for updating personal information registered on the healthandsafetycourse.co.uk website, is that of the Data Subject.

FORCE MAJEURE

Envico will not be liable for loss or delay occasioned by any of the following: Strikes, Riots, Political Unrest, Hostilities, War or threat of War, Terrorist Activity, Industrial Disputes, Fire, Flood, Technical/Weather problems to transport, Closure of Ports, Weather conditions, pandemics or any other event(s) beyond our control.

In these terms and conditions “Envico” and "we" mean Envico Limited (details below), and "our" shall be construed accordingly; "you" means the person, firm, company or organisation buying or using the envicourse.com Gift Voucher, and "your" shall be construed accordingly.

Purchasing a Gift Voucher

When you buy an envicourse.com Gift Voucher the voucher code will be visible on the payment confirmation page immediately after the purchase is complete and in your purchase history, and will be sent to the chosen recipient's email address.

If you choose to have the voucher code sent to an email address, you must provide a correct address for delivery of the envicourse.com Gift Voucher. You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click on “pay now” on the final page of our ordering process.

Mistakes made after clicking on “pay now” may not be rectified. If the address you have provided cannot be confirmed, Envico reserves the right to withhold the delivery of the envicourse.com Gift Voucher.

All envicourse.com Gift Vouchers are non-refundable. When ordering a Gift Voucher you consent to its immediate supply.

Discounts and promotional offers may not apply to purchases of envicourse.com Gift Vouchers.

Gift Vouchers purchased will expire 12 months from the date of issue. At the expiry of the validity period, the envicourse.com Gift Vouchers cannot be used for purchase or reactivated, nor can the unused remaining value be refunded.

Treat your envicourse.com Gift Vouchers as if cash. Envico cannot be held liable for envicourse.com Gift Vouchers which are lost or stolen. Envico is not responsible for any unauthorised use of an envicourse.com Gift Voucher.

Gift Vouchers are not a credit, payment or cheque guarantee. envicourse.com Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be resold or re-tendered. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Redeeming a envicourse.com Courses Gift Voucher

You will need to be registered and signed-in with envicourse.com in order to redeem your envicourse.com Gift Voucher.

The email address associated with your envicourse.com account does not need to match the address that received the envicourse.com Gift Voucher. You can use the Gift Vouchers to pay for the full value or part of the value of your selected course(s). At check-out, simply enter the gift voucher code delivered by email or displayed on the payment confirmation page when the order was placed.

If your purchase is not completely covered by envicourse.com Gift Vouchers you can use an additional payment method to complete the purchase. If the value of the course(s) purchased online is less than the total value of the Gift Voucher, you can re-enter the same envicourse.com Gift Voucher details on another occasion to redeem the remaining balance on your Gift Voucher, subject to the voucher’s remaining validity period.

The payment confirmation page will always show the current balance of the Gift Voucher(s) used in the transaction, and you can check the balance of your Gift Voucher(s) in your account at any time.

Refund of Course Fees Paid with a envicourse.com Gift Voucher

If you have made an online payment with an envicourse.com Gift Voucher in whole or part and any course fees paid for using the envicourse.com Gift Voucher are accepted for refund, we will issue a new  Gift Voucher by email for the relevant amount.

If you paid for your order with two different payment methods, you'll receive a refund on your second payment method first. For example, if you paid for your order with envicourse.com Gift Voucher and credit card, we would first refund you on the credit card. If the value of the course fees to be returned exceed the amount paid with credit card, the rest would be refunded via a new Gift Voucher.

Other terms that apply

Envico Limited is acting as the party responsible for all personal data that you provide us with. Our Privacy Policy, which covers how we use your personal data, also applies to your purchase and use of envicourse.com Gift Vouchers.

The purchase and use of Gift Vouchers are to be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. The courts of England are to have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms.

Our Terms of Service for all e-learning and distance courses will apply to courses purchased using envicourse.com Gift Vouchers.
